How It Works

We partner directly with Strata Management Corporations (SMCs) to take over the bookkeeping and accounting function for your entire client list. We integrate seamlessly into your processes, work within Condo Manager, and deliver monthly, AGM-ready reports. 

Our Partnership Model

  • Fee Structure: 15% of the strata management fees you charge each strata corporation.
  • Scope: Cash-basis accounting and posting regular/special levy assessments for every strata you manage.
  • Software: Condo Manager expertise (or we can adapt to your platform).

What We Do For You

  • Regular and special levy assessment postings
  • Secure electronic funds management and PAD withdrawals
  • Bank and trust account reconciliations
  • Recording all income and expenses (cash basis with the exception of year end, prepaids or special cases)
  • Monthly financial statements (ready to send to strata boards)
  • Monthly operating, CRF & levy account balancing verifications and adjustments
  • AGM financial package preparation
  • Reserve fund or special project snapshot reporting
  • Compliance with BC strata financial regulations.
